The Divine Feminine has been a huge part of my journey, and I have been called to write a series of blog posts about my experience, as many more people are finding themselves called to this path now. If you have found this post, then this is probably for you. There are no coincidences, so please read on, and take what resonates. If some of this makes sense for you, you may like to check out my events and services, including my free monthly Crystal Wellbeing Meditation. You may also like to bookmark this page. As you read on, my best advice is to feel the energy of the words here – trying to process them logically may fry your brain! Feel them, and you will feel the truth that resonates with you and your soul’s experience.
This month's topic is worthiness. Please let me be clear before I start: This wound can affect any area of the energy system, and any area of physical life. Worthiness. It is a word we will have heard before, but have you ever stopped to really think about it means? For the purpose of this post, this is what I mean by "worthiness": A feeling of intrinsic value that comes from within. An inner state of knowing, that by simply existing, we are innately worthy. Worthy of the best. Of dreams coming true. Of manifesting whatever our hearts desire. Of respect. Of acceptance. Of LOVE. Indeed, this wound does tend to affect the Heart Chakra. The Heart chakra is the bridge between Heaven and Earth, bringing Spirit/energy into matter/the physical reality. The bridge between self and the outer world, how we relate to it and to those around us. The bridge between self and God/the Universe/Higher Self/whatever Higher Power makes sense for you. The root of this wound is founded in persecution. As I have mentioned earlier in the series (go back and read the others!), The Divine Feminine has suffered persecution, for being powerful, for being misunderstood, for having GIFTS. Often, the external consequences of this kind of persecution are dealt with. These kinds of external consequences usually revolve around what happened and what other people did - understanding what happened and forgiving those doing the persecuting is part of the healing process. But only part of it. The other vital part is often never even considered, let alone healed. Let's look at what that is... There is also what I call the "internal persecution". A kind of self-persecution. We can blame ourselves, often unconsciously, for what happened. For mistakes me made, for what we did, thought or said that was wrong. We forgive ourselves for that, which is certainly part of the healing process. But it is still only a superficial aspect to a very deep issue. Underneath all the persecution, can be found the most detrimental false belief - one that tells us that we DESERVED to be persecuted. That our very nature, as a Divine Feminine, is what brought trouble and pain and suffering upon us, and it happened because it was warranted. This false belief is so common, but so deeply ingrained and unconscious, that we can miss it, skirt around it for years, even while consciously and dutifully going about our healing work. While processing the trauma and blaming ourselves for what happened, we are distracted from what is taking root - underneath the distraction, the belief that we deserved it to happen and the sense of innate unworthiness take hold. It becomes a systemic problem that underlies every problem we experience - quite literally a core wound. So big, we fail to notice. So insidious, we are so used to its presence, we do not even realise it is not meant to be there. We act from that energy, making decisions based on that gnawing sense of unworthiness, as though it were true. That energy of unworthiness causes us to sabotaging ourselves. Never expecting better, means we never strive for the best for ourselves. We "make do", and tell ourselves that there are others who are worse off. We settle, because in the core of our being, we believe we are unworthy of any better. Believing that if we ever did manage to experience something better, it wouldn't last, and we would only be hurt and disappointed when we lost it. Causing us to avoid it completely. Can you relate to this inner struggle? This vicious cycle that causes you to turn on yourself? Unconsciously believing yourself to be unworthy, due to past events and trauma? Falsely believing your gifts brought about your demise, so you block yourself from using the very gifts that would heal you? Avoiding using your gifts to support you in living your best life? Essentially this causes us to become our own worst enemy, and mostly we have no idea why we do this to ourselves. The answer is in our past, in our cellular memory, and the best way I know to undo this cycle, is with intense energy healing. In fact, this is why I devised my distance healing session, Energetic Shift. It works across all directions of time, space and reality, and clears so deeply, that profound shifts in consciousness are instantly possible. If you'd like to know more, send me a message now. When we see it, that is the first step to healing it :-)
