Welcome! Hi, I'm Jo, and I am a natural intuitive Healer and Channel. My spiritual journey officially began in 2012, when I realised that I had strong spiritual abilities, originally in mediumship. It was at that time when I established my first Facebook page, using the name Cariad.
Since then, my gifts have expanded exponentially and dramatically. Once I knew how to work with my intuition and connect with my Spirit Teams, I began channeling my own unique healing modalities. That makes it sound easy, doesn't it? Believe me, it was far from it! It has taken over a decade, and it has been a tough journey - the motivation behind my steep learning curve was the desperate need to heal myself. In truth, my healing journey started long before my gifts awakened, and everything was preparation for what I am doing now. Helping others live their best lives.
For those of you who are not familiar with the word 'Cariad', it is the Welsh word for love. All of my work is done from the soul and with love - healing with love, bringing messages of guidance with love, teaching with love - to help you to live the life your soul came here to experience... And so Cariad Crystal Healing & Spiritual Guidance was created.
