INTUITIVE HOMEWORK Yes, really! This process requires your active participation for it to succeed! Listening to and reflecting on the healing sessions is just one part of the transformation process. For profound and lasting results, you need to DO things differently. That's where the homework comes in. It is intuitively inspired, and will always be perfectly suited to you, because it comes from your very own Soul. The intention of the homework is to make some changes to your perspective and strategies, to course-correct you for optimum success. In case the idea of "homework" scares the pants off you, here are a few examples of homework I have given to clients in the past:
make mermaid cookies, and decorate them with beautiful aquatic pastels to reconnect with your inner child
take up a martial arts class to feel empowered and confident in your body
visualise yourself in a golden merkabah when feeling vulnerable
take an inventory of what you are doing, and then reflect on whether each action is having the results you want
As you can see, it is a mixture of seemingly random and practical ideas, but all have a significant effect on results - even if logically it doesn't make sense. My clients who follow the suggestions, experience greater success!
While this program lasts for 90 days, and positive results are experienced immediately, what is REALLY cool is that it sets the wheels in motion for a life-long transformation. During your 90 days working with me, a huge realignment takes place, re-shaping your life and Mission in accordance with your Soul's plan.
