Crystal Healing Uncovered

When I tell someone I'm a crystal therapist, 9 times out of 10 the next question is "what's that?" So, I thought I'd put it in writing :-)

Most people have heard of Acupuncture, the Eastern method of healing "chi", life force or energy in our bodies. The idea is that our bodies should be full of flowing, vibrant energy, and problems can occur if this energy becomes stagnant, blocked, slow or even moves too fast. These energetic imbalances can cause physical, mental or emotional issues if left untreated.

As a crystal healer, I assess your energy levels, and balance them out as required, using crystals. Each type of crystal vibrates at a different frequency, and I choose the ones that will best harmonise your own energy. ​In my experience, many physical problems start out as mental worries or emotional issues, which are left to fester over time. We generally don't know what to do to resolve them, so we can feel stuck. Where scientific medicine tries to treat the physical symptoms, crystals get to the root cause. Where counselling can mean you have to look at painful memories, crystals do the hard work, while you relax in the comfort of a beautiful treatment.

The real beauty of crystal healing is that it is natural - unlike medication, there are no chemicals going inside your body, and there are no nasty side effects.
